Designs for Moms

Here are a few other projects I have been working on for some lovely ladies:

Mother's Day Notes

My friend, Lauren, wanted something unique and special for her mom on mama’s day. I created this set of stationary for her. Four different designs. Two with her name and two with her initials. I made it a set of twelve cards and envelopes. Who doesn’t love a blank note card? Especially one designed just for them!

This was my favorite design. Had to make them for some of the other ladies in my life!

I have not forgotten about my Pretty Crafty project. In fact, I am still lovin’ the Earth one magazine bowl at a time. My mom requested one of these bowls as soon as she saw my first creation. She’s the best, always my biggest fan! So, of course, I had to make her a special magazine bowl for her kitchen. I made this one with a little larger base than my first creation. This made the bowl the perfect size for candy, fruit or even a potted plant!

I went with black and white paper for most of it, with pops of color paper every few strips.

We filled it with Dove chocolate for her birthday!

Perfect as a small fruit basket.

...or as a pot!

A close-up of the layers. I adorned the top with some orange rick-rack I had. I like finishing it off with something decorative.
